Session Fees

Individual Therapy: $140 per session

I provide virtual therapy to teens (13+) and adults across New York State.

Insurance

I currently accept:

• Excellus BCBS, MVP, Highmark BlueCross BlueShield of Western New York, Highmark BlueShield of Northeastern New York, Carelon Behavioral Health, Quest Behavioral Health, Cigna, Aetna, United Healthcare (Optum), Oscar (Optum), Oxford (Optum), NYS Medicaid 

If you’re unsure whether your plan is in-network, I’m happy to help verify benefits before your first session.

Out-of-Network Benefits

If I am not in-network with your insurance, you may be eligible for out-of-network reimbursement.

Upon request, I can provide a monthly superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. I recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to confirm your out-of-network mental health benefits.

You can ask your insurance:

• Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?

• What is my deductible?

• What percentage of the session fee is reimbursed?

Payment & Policies 

Payment is due at the time of service and is processed securely through the client portal.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a late cancellation fee.
